Job summary

Bass Pro Shops seeks an Apparel Processing Outfitter to manage apparel merchandise from receipt to stocking on the sales floor. You will replenish stock, assist with pricing/signage, unload trucks, and maintain an orderly backroom while delivering friendly service to guests.

The role requires basic literacy with store systems and teamwork in a busy retail environment, with a focus on accuracy and safety. This position is part-time and on-site at Rogers, AR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience not necessary but preferred in retail or stocking roles.
• Ability to use inventory and merchandising standards to stock and replenish items.

Responsibilities

• Effectively processes apparel merchandise at receipt, using inventory system.
• Replenishes merchandise to the sales floor per Visual Merchandising Standards.
• Unloads trucks as needed and maintains backroom organization.
• Assists with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise.
• Keeps work area clean, organized and stocked.
• Ensures backstock is accessible and orderly.
• Delivers friendly, professional customer service to guests.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
