McHenry Golf Club is seeking a friendly, knowledgeable Part-Time Seasonal Pro Shop Attendant to join our Pro Shop team. You will assist members and guests with merchandise, services, and questions, delivering a welcoming, premium experience in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes accuracy in transactions, inventory upkeep, and friendly, detailed service. You will work with fellow staff to ensure smooth club operations during events, tournaments, and peak times, upholding the club's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in golf shop, retail, customer service, hospitality, or luxury retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests; provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Process merchandise sales and transactions using the club's POS system.
• Maintain organized, fully stocked merchandise displays and inventories.
• Assist with store operations, opening/closing procedures, and phone inquiries.
• Support tournaments, events, and other golf shop activities.
• Ensure policies and service standards are followed; maintain professional appearance.
