Highlands Sports Complex is seeking a Merchandise Team Member to deliver friendly, efficient service in the pro shop and merchandise area.

Responsibilities include operating POS software, handling inventory, processing orders for custom apparel, and maintaining organized displays while providing a positive guest experience. This is a part-time, non-exempt role requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

MERCHANDISE TEAM MEMBER

LOCATION: Triadelphia, WV

DEPARTMENT: OPERATIONS

REPORTS TO: Merchandise Manager

STATUS: PART-TIME (NON-EXEMPT)

Position Summary

The Merchandise Team Member is responsible for providing great customer service in our merchandise and pro shop area. This position helps create lasting memories of the tournament and event experience at Highlands Sports Complex. Individuals are expected to maintain a pleasant and friendly demeanor with everyone.

Primary Responsibilities Include Following But Are Not Limited To

• Answering inquiries and providing excellent customer service

Minimum Qualifications

Working Conditions And Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. waist high
• Must be able to operate a heat press
• Will be required to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to enter information on computers
• Must comply with safety and health code standards
• The facility has intermittent noise
• Must wear proper uniform

Salary: $10 - $12 per hour
