Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Part-Time Retail Associate to support merchandise operations at Riverhounds home games and related events, helping to create an engaging fan experience. Must be able to stand for long periods and work flexible hours.

Under the Director of Merchandise, you will greet customers, answer questions, process transactions, restock displays, and assist with promotions to drive sales and team pride.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or sports merchandise.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including game days.
• Comfort with processing transactions and handling merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with questions and product selection.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and policy adherence.
• Maintain well-organized, visually appealing displays.
• Process transactions accurately and upsell where appropriate.
• Restock shelves and prepare displays for promotions.
• Support non-gameday duties and online order prep as needed.
