Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a capable Retail Store Leader to partner with the Store Manager in guiding SOP adherence, staffing, and daily operations. You will drive in-stock, merchandising, and customer readiness while ensuring compliance and strong service standards.

Responsibilities include leading floor leadership, executing ship-from-store, RTVs/ASNs, and inventory accuracy, with emphasis on accountability, safety, and shrink reduction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee inventory control, stock movement and accuracy.
• Execute ad sets and price changes on time.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and ASN/RTV processes.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and coaching.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction initiatives.
