• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain service standards.
• Lead truck processing, unloading, and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to maintain in-stock levels.
