Job summary

You will assist the Store Manager with SOP adherence, planogram implementation, truck processing, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards, while coordinating with leadership to align staffing and promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership and store operations.
• Ability to follow SOPs and company programs.
• Strong attention to pricing, promotions, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOP adherence and policy compliance.
• Lead truck execution, inventory routines, and stock replenishment.
• Execute planograms, visual standards, and pricing changes accurately.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN receiving processes.
• Maintain a customer-ready store environment and safe operations.
• Train, coach, and develop team members for assigned departments.
