Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a part-time Merchandise Manager for our store in Washington, DC. You will support store leadership in maintaining pricing, promotions, and visual standards while ensuring customer-ready floors and organized backrooms.

You will manage truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and stock movement, with a focus on in-stock optimization and efficient store operations. Nights, weekends, and early mornings are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience in inventory control and stock movements.
• Experience executing planograms and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and stock flow to sell floor.
• Oversee in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy, and shelf readiness.
