The Michaels Companies in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Part-Time Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution. You will lead truck processing, inventories, planogram sets, and visual standards to keep the store customer-ready with accurate pricing and timely promotions.

Responsibilities include workload planning with leadership, Store-In-Stock optimization, and ensuring efficient stock movement, pricing, and Ship from Store fulfillment while coaching teammates for ongoing

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and manage SOP adherence.
• Strong workload planning and inventory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store conditions and results.
• Lead truck execution, unloading and merch flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for replenishment and in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain backroom organization and stock movement.
• Coordinate price changes, Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN processes.
