Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Leader to drive operations, SOP adherence, and service standards across a Michaels store.

You will manage MOD coverage, lead merchandising execution, inventory control, pricing, and ship-from-store fulfillment while coaching a team to deliver consistent results. Candidates should have 3+ years of retail leadership experience, strong collaboration with store leadership, and the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead adherence to SOPs and company policies.
• Experience managing storefront operations and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOP adherence and store policies; ensure compliance and excellence.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee truck execution, planogram execution, inventory control, pricing, and ship-from-store fulfillment.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction efforts.
