Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Homemaker for a part-time role in Conway, AR. The position covers 10:00am–6:00pm with a focus on creating a warm, home-like environment for residents and guiding mealtime and daily routines.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, with a high school diploma, professional presentation, and clear English communication. The role includes lifting up to 50 pounds and providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct required.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at least 8th grade level.

Responsibilities

• Keep the home environment inviting, tidy, and homelike in memory care.
• Assist in mealtime by preparing and serving family-style dining.
• Ensure residents have snacks and hydration three times daily.
• Engage residents and provide meaningful experiences as a Caring Connector.
