Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Homemaker in Rogers, AR for a part-time role. The position offers a 10:00am–6:00pm shift on Mondays and Sundays, with a pay range of $19.50 per hour.

You will help create a warm, home-like environment, support mealtimes, and engage residents in daily activities. Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate in English at an 8th grade level.
• Be professional in appearance and conduct.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping all day.
• Must be able to frequently lift/move items up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Keeper of the Home: create a homelike, inviting, tidy atmosphere in memory care.
• Mealtime Maven: assist in family-style dining and guide residents in dining activities.
• Snack Specialist: ensure residents have snacks and hydration three times daily.
• Caring Connector: assist in Neighborhood to engage residents and provide meaningful experiences.
