Job summary

Arrow Senior Living Management is seeking a Memory Care Homemaker in Rogers, AR. This part-time role runs 10:00am–6:00pm, Monday and Sunday, in a memory care setting and offers a homelike, caring atmosphere designed for residents’ comfort and safety.

You will help create a welcoming dining experience, supervise mealtime, ensure snacks and hydration, and engage residents with meaningful activities. Must be 18+, HS diploma, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English at least 8th grade level.
• Must be physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Create a homelike, tidy environment in memory care for residents.
• Prepare and serve family-style meals in dining room and guide residents to participate.
• Assist residents with snacks and hydration three times daily.
• Engage residents and provide meaningful experiences in the Neighborhood.
