Job summary

Watercrest Winter Park is seeking a part-time Memory Care Resident Caregiver to join the Resident Care team. You’ll help with daily living activities, coordinate with dining and programs, and ensure compassionate, professional care for memory care residents.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, housekeeping tasks, and participating in resident activities while maintaining infection control standards and reporting changes to the Memory Care Director.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• CNA/Personal Care Aide/Home Health Aide preferred but not required.
• Medication assistance certification as applicable by state.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities as needed.
• Support residents during scheduled programs and transport.
• Participate in resident programming and promote independence and dignity.
• Follow infection control practices and report changes to supervisors.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and respect personal rights.
