Job summary

Watercrest Winter Park is looking for a Memory Care Resident Caregiver to join the Resident Care team in the Memory Care neighborhood, ensuring day-to-day care in a sensitive, professional, and effective manner.

You will assist residents with personal care, daily living activities, and engagement, coordinating with dining and community programs to maintain high-quality care for all residents. This is a part-time opportunity with on-demand pay and growth support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred
• CNA/Personal Care Aide/Home Health Aide preferred
• CPR certification/First Aid certification required or preferred per state

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
• Support daily housekeeping and cleanliness standards
• Participate in resident programming and activity engagement
• Respond to resident emergency calls and safety concerns
• Maintain confidentiality of residents’ information
