Watercrest Senior Living in Lady Lake, FL seeks a part-time Memory Care Resident Caregiver to support daily living, activities, and comfort for our residents in the Memory Care neighborhood. You will work closely with dining and programs to provide quality, compassionate care.

The role requires gentle communication, reliability, and the ability to follow care plans, with tasks including personal care, light housekeeping, and reporting changes to supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• CNA/PCA/HHA certification preferred but not required
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or required per state
• Experience with seniors in memory care is a plus

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks as assigned
• Review and participate in shift reports and logs
• Assist residents to and from scheduled programs
• Participate in resident programming and activities
• Promote independence and residents' personal choices
• Respond to resident emergency calls
• Maintain infection control practices
• Report changes to Memory Care Director or Nursing leadership
