Job summary

Watercrest Palm Beach Gardens is seeking a Part Time Resident Caregiver to join the Assisted Living team. You will provide sensitive, professional daily care to residents, collaborate with dining and program staff, and support quality of life through personal care and activities.

The role requires caregiving compassion, ability to follow care plans, and adherence to infection control and safety procedures in a senior living setting. Training and uniforms provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively with residents, families and team members.
• Able to make independent decisions and act with compassion.
• Strong customer service and care principles for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks per procedures.
• Review reports and communicate changes to wellness staff.
• Assist residents to programs and community activities.
• Ensure infection control and resident privacy are maintained.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain safety protocols.
