Watercrest Palm Beach Gardens is seeking a part-time Memory Care Resident Caregiver. You will help with daily living activities, ensure compassionate care, and collaborate with dining and program staff to maintain high quality of life for residents in Memory Care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CNA/Personal Care Aide/Home Health Aide preferred, but not required.
• License/Certificate for Medication Assistance as needed per state regulations.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, daily living activities, and engagement as requested.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks per procedures and standards.
• Review and participate in 24-hour reports and shift reports as needed.
• Assist residents to and from scheduled programs and participate in resident programming.
• Promote residents' choices, independence, and spiritual needs.
• Perform laundry and tidy resident rooms as assigned.
• Respond to resident emergency calls and report changes.
• Maintain infection control practices and report hazards or equipment issues.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned and stored properly at end of shift.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' personal care information.
