Job summary

Pure Barre Bradenton is seeking a part-time Membership Sales Representative to assist the Sales Manager with new membership sales, build relationships, and provide exceptional service to current members. The role focuses on bringing new members to the studio, guiding them through the sales process, and promoting a supportive fitness community.

The position requires a weekend morning shift, English fluency, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the facility and present goals to clients.
• Maintain personal sales production and meet monthly quota.
• Promote services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve sales targets.
• Attend events to promote the studio and recruit members.
• Process cash and credit card transactions.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain CRM notes.
• Light cleaning of retail area and studio spaces.
