Job summary

Pure Barre Bradenton is seeking a part-time Membership Sales Coordinator to drive new memberships and deliver exceptional service. You will greet clients, conduct tours, follow up leads and guide prospects through the sales process to a membership sale. The role requires evening/daytime hours, occasional weekend mornings, and a friendly, energetic personality.

Prior boutique fitness knowledge is a plus, but not required. Join a supportive team at Pure Barre Bradenton.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training.
• Self-motivated and takes initiative.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication via in person, phone, and email.
• Must be able to learn and use ClubReady software.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process from lead to close.
• Conduct tours and build relationships to assess goals.
• Maintain personal sales production at healthy levels.
• Present services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to meet monthly quota.
• Participate in events to promote the studio.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Attend and complete all relative training programs.
