Job summary

Pure Barre Bradenton is seeking a Membership Sales Coordinator to drive new memberships, nurture relationships, and deliver exceptional service. You will guide prospects through the sales process, conduct studio tours, and help members achieve their goals in a supportive, fitness-focused environment.

Flexibility is required to cover mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a part-time schedule of 10-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s goals and needs.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Follow up & follow through activities with prospective clients.
