Job summary

Pure Barre Vernon Hills is seeking a part-time Sales Representative/Front Desk Associate to assist the General Manager with new membership sales and deliver outstanding customer service. You will conduct tours, present services, and close memberships while maintaining a positive studio experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the sales process from lead generation to close.
• Conduct studio tours and build relationships to identify goals.
• Promote club objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas.
• Develop selling skills and stay customer-focused.
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Follow up activities with prospective clients to convert interest.
• Input inventory for retail clothing and other items.
• Take photos for social media platforms.
• Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms.
• Other duties as assigned.
