Job summary

Pure Barre is seeking a Sales Associate to help grow memberships and provide exceptional service in a boutique fitness setting. You will conduct facility tours, nurture relationships, and drive membership sales while supporting retail and private training opportunities.

Ideal candidates bring strong sales, communication, and customer-service skills, a warm personality, and the ability to learn ClubReady. Part-time shifts include evenings and weekend hours in a supportive studio environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Warm, welcoming and engaging personality.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Ability to learn and use ClubReady software.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process from lead generation to close.
• Conduct tours of the facility and discuss goals.
• Maintain personal sales production.
• Present services to members and prospects.
• Book appointments to meet monthly quota.
• Assist with events to promote the club.
• Input inventory for retail items.
• Take photos for social media platforms.
• Input and process cash and credit transactions.
• Work the required shifts (part-time) including weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.
