Job summary

Pure Barre Fort Worth is seeking a Sales Representative to assist the General Manager with new membership sales, build relationships, and provide a positive member experience.

You will manage lead generation, tours, and close deals, while contributing to customer service, retail items, and event support to promote the studio. Boutique fitness knowledge is a plus, but not required. This role offers a competitive base plus commission and growth opportunities, including free membership.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the facility while identifying goals and needs.
• Maintain personal sales production and promote services.
• Present services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Assist with events to promote the club and community.
• Process cash/credit card transactions accurately.
• Input inventory for retail clothing and other items.
• Take pictures for social media platforms.
• Light cleaning of retail area, studio, and restrooms.
