Pure Barre is expanding its team and seeks a Sales Representative to drive new memberships and deliver exceptional service. You will tour studios, nurture relationships, and guide prospects through the sales process while supporting current members.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Warm, welcoming personality with ability to build relationships.
• Goal-oriented with ability to hit sales targets in memberships and retail.
• Proficient with ClubReady software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the facility while building relationships and identifying goals.
• Maintain a strong personal sales production level.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Attend and complete all relative training programs.
• Take pictures for social media platforms.
• Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms.
• Follow up & follow through activities with prospective clients.
• Input inventory for retail clothing and other items.
• Other duties as assigned.
