Job summary

Pure Barre is seeking a Sales Representative to assist the General Manager with new membership sales, welcoming clients and guiding them through the enrollment process. You will build relationships, provide exceptional service, and promote Pure Barre’s community-centric studio experience.

Responsibilities include tours, maintaining sales production, promoting services, and supporting events to grow memberships and retail sales.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Warm, welcoming and engaging personality.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training.
• Self-motivated with initiative.
• Authorization to work in the United States required.
• Experience with Boutique fitness is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual goals and needs.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in special events to promote the club.
• Take pictures for social media platforms.
