BODYBAR Pilates - Osprey & Sarasota is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to grow our member base and deliver an unbeatable studio experience. You’ll drive membership sales, assist members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life alongside a fun, motivated team.

This part-time role offers flexible hours, reports to the Studio Manager, and rewards performance with bonuses. You’ll stay organized, represent the brand at local events, and help turn workouts into welcoming experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with the ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication in-person, by phone and email.
• Passionate about fitness.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and convert interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales; focus on results.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and grow studio presence.
• Stay organized by logging member bookings and interactions accurately.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.
