Job summary

Pure Barre Bristol is hiring a Sales Representative to drive new membership sales, welcome guests, and deliver a positive studio experience. You will tour facilities, build relationships, and guide potential members through the sales process to close memberships, while supporting current members with service.

Boutique fitness knowledge is a plus, but not required. The role offers a competitive base with commission, flexible perks, and opportunities for growth within the Pure Barre community.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Warm welcoming and engaging personality.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training.
• Self-motivated and takes initiative.
• Authorization to work in the United States required.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process from lead to close.
• Conduct tours of the facility and assess goals and needs.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Present available services to members and prospects.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in events to promote the club.
• Process cash and credit card transactions.
• Input inventory for retail items.
• Take photos for social media platforms.
• Light cleaning of retail area, studio, and restrooms.
• Attend and complete all relative training programs.
