Job summary

The Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows is seeking a friendly Part-Time Membership Receptionist at the Pennington Reno Club to greet members, families, and visitors, explain programs, and assist with membership enrollment. You will help maintain a welcoming lobby and coordinate with program staff during member pick-up.

The schedule is 2:00–7:00 PM on school days and 12:00–6:00 PM during school breaks. Pay starts at $14.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred to assist a diverse member base.
• Strong communication and friendly demeanor.
• Interest in data entry, billing, and accounts receivable as a career path.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, parents, and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Provide information about Club programs and assist with membership processes.
• Maintain a secure, clean entrance and coordinate with staff during member pick-up.
• Respond to phone inquiries and relay messages to program staff.
