Work Simple is seeking a Membership Manager to drive occupancy and member retention at our Greenwood Village location. You will own the full sales lifecycle, deliver high-conversion tours, onboard members, and cultivate relationships that make people stay.

This part-time role focuses on relationships over tickets, automation frees routine tasks, and you’ll work with the Operations Manager and CEO to deliver a seamless member experience.

Formación

• 1–3 years in sales, hospitality, customer service, or community management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; relationship-focused.
• Experience onboarding members and hitting occupancy/conversion targets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound leads and conduct tours that convert.
• Onboard new members and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and report to CEO.
• Plan community events and programming to drive retention.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads.
