Job summary

Garden of the Gods Collection is hiring for a Membership Coordinator to manage member recruitment, retention, events and service. You will assist the Director and Assistant Director of Membership with various assignments while coordinating, organizing, and attending Membership Events.

The role requires strong communication, database management, and an eye for detail, with occasional cross-department collaboration to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of membership experience.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS Email Design and database management.
• Self-motivated with an interest in hospitality or club membership fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Persistent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and assist with all walk up membership requests.
• Process all membership applications and facilitate the new member approval process.
• Coordinate and attend Membership Events.
• Prepare monthly sales and membership reports to include statistical and functional reports.
• Update and maintain Jonas Member database.
• Prepare and assemble all membership materials to include sales packets and letters.
• Deliver 'I Am Proud' service standards and cross-department communication.
• Be empowered to make things go right if they go wrong.
