Job summary

Gravity Haus in Vail, Colorado is seeking a motivated sales professional for our Membership Sales team. You will drive pipeline growth through outreach, tours, and events, guiding prospective members from first contact to signed membership, while also owning renewals and retention for an assigned portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in hospitality or membership programs.
• Experience in account management, renewals, or member retention.
• Proven ability to forecast and achieve membership sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute inside/outside sales initiatives to attract new members via tours, events, and outreach.
• Own renewal pipeline and manage proactive outreach for at-risk members.
• Leverage HubSpot to manage the acquisition and renewal pipelines and forecast accurately.
• Collaborate with Events, Partnerships, and Marketing on member campaigns.
