Kenect Nashville is seeking a Membership Manager to lead the coworking space operations, drive occupancy and renewals, and manage member services. This full-time role also plans the community events and oversees organic social media for the coworking community, coordinating with the on-site team.

You will own the sales pipeline from inquiry to close, handle tours, and build partnerships with local businesses to fill vacancies, while maintaining high service standards and reporting on occupancy

Formación

• 2+ years of sales experience including tours or in-person selling
• Hitting occupancy, conversion, or renewal targets
• Experience planning and executing in-person events
• Strong CRM discipline with pipeline tracking and follow-up
• Experience in coworking, flexible workspace, or multifamily operations
• Managing organic social media for a business or brand
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily coworking operations including membership admin and billing accuracy
• Maintain space to a professional standard and coordinate repairs
• Be primary contact for coworking members on ops issues
• Own coworking sales pipeline from inquiry to close including tours
• Meet occupancy targets and manage renewals
• Track occupancy, conversion, churn, and renewal performance
• Identify strategies to fill vacancies via outreach and partnerships
• Represent the coworking space in the local business community
