Job summary

Pueblo YMCA is seeking a Membership Manager on Duty to oversee membership operations, drive sales and retention, and ensure exceptional service during assigned shifts. You will lead front desk staff, promote benefits, and coordinate safety and program support.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, ability to work evenings and weekends, CPR certification within 90 days, and a commitment to the YMCA values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of management or supervisory experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in membership services, sales, or front desk operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee membership operations during assigned shifts and support front desk staff.
• Actively promote membership benefits, conduct tours, and drive sales/retention.
• Provide outstanding customer service via in-person, phone, and email interactions.
• Ensure staff in various departments meet member needs and address performance concerns.
• Handle and resolve membership concerns; escalate when needed.
• Monitor building safety, cleanliness, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with promotions, events, and community engagement.
• Maintain membership records and transactions; track member interactions.
• Manage a designated Membership Project to support daily operations.
