Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries, complaints, and questions from callers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality concerning member accounts and credit union business.
• Stay informed on credit union products and services to answer questions.
• Research member accounts as needed and follow up promptly.
• Promote and sell credit union products and services based on member needs.
• Maintain daily log of incoming phone calls.
• Participate in the Performance Reward Program.
