Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors entering the lobby. Assess needs and sign them into the lobby system.
• Input members into Lobby Tracking System and notify Branch Manager if wait times exceed standards.
• Assist Financial Service Representatives with requests, mail, and loan applications.
• Handle routine transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and card payments.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and security throughout the shift.
• Educate members on ITM, mobile banking, and mobile deposits.
• Promote and sell basic financial products as appropriate and document referrals.
• Follow all policies and procedures and protect member confidentiality.
