Job summary

Texans Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative for our Member Connect (Call Center) team. You will assist members by phone, providing information on credit union products and handling account transactions.

The role offers hybrid remote work after 5–6 weeks of training and requires onsite presence at least twice a week post-training. A high school diploma and call center/financial institution experience are required.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in a Call Center and 1 year at a Financial Institution.
• Minimum 6 months in a goal oriented sales environment.
• Candidates must pass a credit check, background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on credit union products and account information by phone.
• Perform account service and maintenance transactions for members.
• Cross-train on more complex account servicing and electronic servicing.
• Promote products and services based on member needs.
• Handle transfers, check orders, and other member requests.
• All other duties as assigned.
