Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is hiring a part-time Member Service Representative to assist credit union members with everyday banking needs. The role requires flexibility to float between branch locations and supports deposits, withdrawals, and account services.

Greet members, handle transactions, and promote credit union products while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM shifts with pay at $14/hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, banking, or financial services experience required.
• Professional and dependable with strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person and over the phone.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts.
• Provide information on credit union products, services, and policies.
• Respond to member questions, concerns, and requests.
• Research account discrepancies and balances.
• Promote products and services based on member needs.
• Provide professional and accurate customer service.
