Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a dependable Customer Service Specialist to support members in a professional office environment. You will process transactions, answer account questions, maintain accurate records, and deliver excellent service.

The role emphasizes cash handling, data entry, confidentiality, and teamwork. Full-time schedule with Monday–Friday 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; training and career growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
• Assist members with account questions and service requests.
• Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and transaction records.
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions.
• Process mail deposits, overnight deposits, and related documentation.
• Prepare and maintain currency and coin inventories as required.
• Enter and maintain accurate information within computer systems.
• Provide professional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and financial records.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
