Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Teller to deliver exceptional member service while accurately processing financial transactions. You will be a primary contact for members, handling routine banking needs and promoting banking products.

Responsibilities include cash handling, opening/closing accounts, educating customers on digital tools, and ensuring policy compliance in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet members promptly and courteously.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records.
• Identify member needs and recommend products and services.
• Educate members on account features and digital banking.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of member information.
• Detect and prevent fraudulent transactions per procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Resolve inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with opening, maintaining, and closing accounts.
• Support branch operations and team initiatives.
