The Auburn branch of our Credit Union is hiring a part-time Member Service Representative. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and payments, open and close accounts, and assist members with debit and credit card needs.

This role is the first impression in the branch, so professionalism and accuracy are essential. We value cash handling experience, strong interpersonal skills, and reliable, friendly service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to sit for up to eight hours.

Responsibilities

• Provides front line member service and is the first impression in the branch.
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, and payments for member accounts.
• Prepares and completes documentation for products and services.
• Opens and closes member accounts.
• Assists members with basic debit/credit card needs.
• Balances cash drawer daily.
• Provides general Credit Union information to members.
