Job summary

The YMCA of Central Texas is hiring a part-time Member Service Representative for our Greater Waco location. You will deliver friendly service to members, answer phones, handle data entry and cash transactions, and help maintain a welcoming, safe environment for families.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, strong computer skills, cash handling experience preferred, and CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.

• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members, guests, and program participants to support retention.
• Answer phones in a professional manner.
• Perform general data entry and clerical tasks.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit transactions; balance at end of shift.
• Conduct facility tours and promote YMCA membership.
• Build relationships with members and help connect them to YMCA programs.
