Job summary

Talentify in Plano, TX is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to serve on the YMCA front desk. You will greet members, scan cards, provide information, and promote memberships and YMCA programs to help build an inclusive community.

This role offers part-time hours (roughly 10 to 29 per week) with paid trainings, teamwork, and opportunities for advancement within the branch. A high school diploma or GED is required, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell memberships and services.
• Learn quality tours tailored to member interests.
• Greet members by name and scan them in.
• Build relationships and retain members.
• Answer member questions promptly and professionally.
• Attend paid trainings and team meetings.
• Work with a team to support the branch.
• Perform light cleaning and hospitality tasks.
• Staff front desk and assist with busy times.
• Schedule will be 10–29 hours per week.
