Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing member needs, advising on MACU products and assisting in transactions.
• Educate members on options and cross-sell financial services as appropriate.
• Maintain branch operations, cash handling and processing of routine transactions per policies.
• Travel may be required and respond to communications in a timely manner.
