Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a part-time Teller to deliver exceptional member service at our Roosevelt, UT branch. You will help members open and service accounts, answer questions, and advise on MACU products to meet financial goals.

The role includes branch tasks such as cash handling, transaction processing, and supporting daily operations with a focus on accuracy, courtesy, and compliance. Flexible 20–25 hrs/week with varying shifts.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Onboarding and training programs include MSR onboarding and Teller training.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on products and services for new and existing accounts.
• Assist in branch operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and processing routine transactions.
• Explain MACU products and services to meet member goals and drive sales/service goals.
• Maintain branch security, accuracy in cash handling, and compliance with policies.
