Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a part-time MSR at our Salt Lake City area branch. You will help members with accounts and transactions, explain products, and support branch operations while focusing on excellent service and cross-selling opportunities.

Hours are part-time with a variable schedule; familiarity with branch procedures and a willingness to travel within the area are a plus. Training begins with MSR onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing member needs and assisting with transactions.
• Educate members on MACU products and services to meet their financial goals.
• Meet sales and service goals through consultative interactions.
