Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union's Mesa branch is seeking a part-time MSR to deliver exceptional member service, assess needs, and guide transactions including new accounts and servicing existing ones.

You will educate members on MACU products, cross-sell where appropriate, and strive to exceed sales and service goals while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Travel may be required and a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in financial services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and guiding transactions.
• Educate members on MACU products and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Aim to increase member satisfaction and account retention.
• Meet sales and service goals.
• Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow onboarding procedures for new members.
