Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Must meet MSR II Branch Progression training expectations.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MSR operations to ensure teller transactions are processed accurately and promptly.
• Coach MSRs on AAA member service standards and MACU values.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain MSR logs and branch cash operations.
• Assist in daily branch operations and scheduling of MSR shifts.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and other regulations.
