Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union, Boise branch, seeks a part-time teller support associate to deliver exceptional member service and open accounts. You will guide members through MACU products, resolve questions, and help achieve branch sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to complete required trainings in 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and assess member needs.
• Assist with opening new accounts and servicing existing accounts.
• Cross-sell MACU products and services as appropriate.
• Maintain cash drawer and process transactions accurately.
• Support branch operations and follow procedures.
