Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.

• Ability to cross-sell financial services and recommend solutions.
• Ability to perform basic financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional member service by assessing needs, advising to meet them, and assisting in transactions.
• Opens new accounts, services existing accounts, and explains products and services.
• Maintains cash drawer; processes transactions per policy.
• Supports branch operations and security; follows up on member inquiries.
